There's now a FootTrack Users mailing list. You can use this list for anything FootTrack related including suggesting future features and/or discussing the current release. Unfortunately because the list has been spammed you will need to be approved before joining. That just stops spammers from joining only to post junk no one wants to see.

[June 20, 2008] Capturing problem using QT 7.5. A number of customers have emailed to say that after installing QuickTime 7.5 they were no longer able to capture from their video camera. It is being investigated and hopefully a solution will be found quickly.

[July 6, 2005] Capturing problem using QT 7. A number of customers have emailed to say that after installing QuickTime 7.0.1-7.0.4 they were no longer able to capture from their video camera. This issue affected all video editors and not just capturing within FootTrack. The suggestion that seemed to work the best was to delete and then reinstall the latest version of QuickTime again. Here's an apple tech. document that will help.
